Inspiration and Preservation

Praise be to God for His word! I just preached concerning the inspiration and preservation of the Bible. If God says His words “are pure words” in Ps12:6, “is pure” in Prov 30:5, and “incorruptible” in 1 Pet 1:23, then by reason, God’s word must be in existence and usable today. Inspiration without preservation means nothing. What good would inspiration of Scriptures be if God has not preserved those Scriptures? They would’ve certainly been corrupted as men had tried even in the apostle Paul’s day as it says in 1Cor 2:17. Some men say today, that God’s word is true, but only found in the original manuscripts. Well pray tell, where are they? Disintegrated. They’re also speaking of present tense and past tense in the same sentence. That is truly speaking out of both sides of their mouth.
Furthermore, since it’s completion as the canon of Scriptures there has always been God’s word in some languages that God has allowed. The Dark Ages were dark because of the intolerance of the Holy Bible by Mother Rome. The Bible was finally translated into English in the late 1300’s by John Wycliffe. The English language was coming into being and was at the zenith of it’s development when the KJB was published and adapted as the Authorized Version in 1611. Since then, God’s hand of blessings has been upon it. Over 200 English translations have come and gone since then, but the KJB keeps outshining them all.
